Women's NIT tonight and other links

The women's basketball team starts their NIT campaign tonight against Vermont. You can watch the game on ACCSelect.

With spring practice starting this week, Rivals has a look at the issues facing BC.

Despite this blogger's lukewarm take on Tribble, Tampa Bay is considering taking him in the draft.

I think RealFootball365 does a decent job with their articles. This one is not up to their usual quality. (They mention the long departed Jeff Smith.)

Let's go BC Women - don't let Vermont stay in this game - gain the upper hand early on, you can do it.

As for Dejuan Tribble, I was very high on this player ever since he ran back a punt against West Virginia in 2004 as a redshirt freshman. He seemed to get better and better as a sophmore and junior.

I don't know what happenned to him his senior year - that knee must have been bothering him all year. I wish him the best and hope he gets drafted.

I will be reading all of the reports and hearsay coming out of spring practice - and I continue to believe that we'll be better on offense than anyone is expecting. We should be very good - awesome in fact - on defense.

Go "Lady" Eagles! We beat UVT by 8, IIRC.

What happened to Jeff Smith?

Concussions.

I believe he's done. (Like DE Jim Unis from a few years back...).
