Blogpoll ballot

I could have ranked BC, but decided against tempting fate. Not much movement overall on my ballot. I didn't get to watch many of the most accomplished teams so once again this is a crap shoot. As for ACC stuff, I think the conference is much better than the national consensus. Wait until bowl season for the opinion to come around.

Games I watched
BC-Notre Dame 100% (twice)
Georgia Tech-UNC 50%
Georgia-Kentucky 25%
Florida State-Clemson 25%
Virginia Tech-Maryland 75%

RankTeamDelta
1 Alabama --
2 Texas Tech --
3 Florida 1
4 Texas 1
5 Oklahoma 1
6 Utah 1
7 Southern Cal 1
8 Penn State 5
9 Boise State 1
10 Ball State 1
11 North Carolina 2
12 Florida State 11
13 Michigan State 3
14 Ohio State 5
15 Brigham Young 2
16 Oklahoma State 7
17 Cincinnati 9
18 Missouri 3
19 Pittsburgh 3
20 Georgia 4
21 Miami (Florida) 4
22 Wake Forest 4
23 TCU 9
24 South Carolina 2
25 Central Michigan 1

Dropped Out: Georgia Tech (#12), Maryland (#15), LSU (#18), West Virginia (#20).

It boggles the mind why anyone would consider BC a top 25 team. BC has lost 2 of their last 3, beating only an underwhelming ND team while suffering season-ending injuries to 3 key players. This is not a top-25 team.

We may love BC, but lets not turn into smug and entitled ND fans, blind to all reason and recent history while clamoring for top-25consideration every week.

Good article on BC redshirt Bryan Murray from DC. It sounds like he is doing all the right things, and he should benefit from learning behind Brace and Raji.

Hopefully he can convince Jelani Jenkins to seriously consider BC. He would be a huge addition to the program.
